This document outlines the purchase, sale, and exchange policies for the products sold in our online store. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the conditions set forth in the sections below. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available to assist you.

1. Registration and Access to the Online Store

To make purchases at WeZip4U, you need to have an active account on our platform. If you don’t have one, visit the following link: Register at WeZip4U.
If you are already a customer, simply log in to your account and access the online store using your login credentials and digital wallet balance.

2. Purchase Process

  • Exploration and Product Selection: Browse through the online store, add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
  • Shipping: No shipping charges will be applied, as the purchased products will be sent to WeZip4U’s warehouse.
  • Payment: Payment must be made using your WeZip4U digital wallet balance. If you don’t have enough balance, you can purchase credits through the platform: Buy Credits.

3. Purchase Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam or junk folder). You will be informed about the status of your order until the product reaches our address in the United States: 3726 Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL, 32811-6438. The product will be available for pickup in accordance with the storage rules.

4. Order Cancellation and Dropshipping

Orders made through Dropshipping are subject to cancellation. If your order is canceled, a refund will be processed within 4 business days.

5. Returns

  • Return Period: You can request a return of products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free Returns: Returns are accepted without cost within 7 days of delivery.
  • Paid Returns: Returns made between 8 and 30 days after delivery will incur a $9.99 fee. Returns will only be processed if there is sufficient balance in your digital wallet to cover the fee.

6. Shipping Policies

  • Suite Shipping: Shipping is free only for deliveries to your WeZip4U suite, located at 3726 Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL, 32811-6438. Shipping to Brazil or other destinations will be calculated separately. Please refer to the shipping calculator available in your WeZip4U dashboard.
  • International Shipping: No purchase made in the online store will be shipped directly to Brazil or any other destination beyond your suite in the United States.

7. Fee Exemptions

Returns may be exempt from fees if the product is defective or if the delivery deadline was not met, provided the order is within 7 days of purchase.

8. Device Testing (iPhones)

The iPhones sold in the online store include a free test. No further testing is required.
