1 - Scope
This document outlines the General Terms and Conditions of Use for the services provided by WeZip4U, including assisted purchase, receipt, storage, consolidation, and shipment of international packages. These terms must be fully accepted by the Client, without exceptions, including our Privacy Policy and any published internal procedures. Continued use of the services implies agreement with any future updates to these terms.
2 - Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of WeZip4U, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree with these Terms. If the Client does not agree, they should not use the services.
3 - Services Provided
WeZip4U offers the following services:
- Assisted Purchase
- Receipt and Storage of Packages
- Package Consolidation and Forwarding
- Product Evaluation
- Product Exchange and Returns
- Customs Declaration
- Additional inspection and packaging services
The Client is responsible for complying with the customs and tax regulations of the destination country. WeZip4U is not responsible for prohibited products, taxation, or customs hold-ups.
4 - Assisted Purchase
WeZip4U can make purchases on behalf of the Client upon the prior submission of funds. The company is not responsible for the quality or authenticity of the purchased products. This service is ideal for those without an international credit card who need support for shopping abroad.
5 - Receipt and Storage
Received packages are stored for up to 90 days free of charge. After this period, additional fees may apply. If the Client does not request shipment within the maximum storage period, WeZip4U may dispose of the items at its discretion. The Client must ensure that their orders are delivered correctly to the provided address.
6 - Consolidation and Forwarding
WeZip4U performs order consolidation by removing original packaging to reduce shipping costs. This allows purchases from various stores to be grouped into a single, durable package. Shipment occurs within 3 business days after the Client’s request. Shipping options include: "Ship to my address" and "Pick up at location," with additional fees.
7 - Product Evaluation and Additional Services
WeZip4U offers visual inspection of products, as well as additional services like removal of original boxes, price tags, adding security tape, removal of invoices and flyers, and using double-wall reinforced boxes. Tests for mobile devices verify functionalities and attributes, with detailed reports and video recordings.
8 - Exchanges and Returns
WeZip4U assists with exchanges and returns, but acceptance depends on the supplier’s policies. Additional fees may apply.
9 - Customs Declaration
The Client is responsible for correctly filling out the customs declaration. WeZip4U does not guarantee that packages will be cleared by customs.
10 - Responsibilities and Limitations
WeZip4U is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or customs authorities. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the legality of their imports.
11 - Virtual Wallet
Credits in the virtual wallet can be used to pay for services. Withdrawals are subject to fees and timelines defined by WeZip4U.
12 - Security and Privacy
The client can make payments securely through trusted partners, with encrypted data transmission. All provided data will be used exclusively to improve customer service and will not be sold to third parties.
13 - Import Taxes and Fees
The client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and import fees in the destination country. If additional fees arise, the client must pay for the shipment of unclaimed or taxed packages.
14 - Package Storage
The customer has 60 days of free storage. This period can be extended to up to 120 days if the customer subscribes to one of our prime plans or based on loyalty in our premium programs. After this period, if the item is not retrieved, it will be discarded without prior notice. The customer must ensure that their products are shipped within the stipulated period to avoid disposal.
15 - Affiliates and Commissions
WeZip4U uses an affiliate system where users can earn commissions on the total shipment value of referred users. However, the affiliate system does not apply to assisted purchase services.
16 - Account Ownership and Blocking
WeZip4U may request proof of identity and block the client's account if there is suspicion of fraud. Failure to present the required documents may result in the return or disposal of packages.
17 - Limited Liability of WeZip4U
The liability of WeZip4U is limited to handling fees and does not include shipping costs or other damages caused by errors or omissions in the information provided by the client. The client must release WeZip4U from any liability for misuse of the services.
18 - Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the state of Florida, USA, in the city of Orlando. Questions can be forwarded to our customer service.
